Good machine. Drain pump keeps failing

The product seems good had it for 2 years and the drain pump keeps failing. Have changed the drain pump 2 times already within 4 months and hopefully it works, this time.

HATE IT. Wish I'd repaired my old washer

I purchased this because it was the only small top load washer that would fit in my laundry closet. The "high efficiency" refers to water usage. This machine does not allow users to set the water level for both wash and rinse cycles. Two problems: 1. It senses the load and adds water; senses the load again and adds water until somehow it's determined that the water level is just right. The on and off cycles of the valves are NOISY and ANNOYING. 2. Between the low water level, high spin speed, and the grinders on the tub bottom, this machine has chewed holes in new t-shirts and underwear. Now I've invested in two dozen mesh laundry bags for anything lighter than heavy denim -- essentially all my clothing. If it wasn't so wasteful, I'd replace it but ... with what? Manufacturers and their marketing "geniuses" seem to think everyone lives in a sprawling suburban house with laundry rooms that can accommodate wide and tall appliances. Oh sure, I could have bought a stacked combination unit for my condo laundry closet but then I'd have thrown out a perfectly good dryer. Bottom line: Same as the top line. I hate this washer and wish I'd spent the money to repair my old GE washer.

Cleans semi-decently *in general*

The machine cleans OK in general - but I've already been disappointed to pull out a sweatshirt on which a small amount of plain old toothpaste fell, to find a "stain" from the toothpaste remained. That's not normal and should have been washed away. I am left to assume that because the machine is "high efficiency" and uses less water and doesn't have a traditional agitator, it simply can't get clothes as deeply clean as a more traditional washer can (the only reason I didn't buy a full-size, traditional washer is because the cabinets are now too big to go through my small hallway, so this machine was my only option). The other thing that has disappointed me is the color bleaching out entirely on two other shirts, basically ruining them - note that I don't use bleach at all, so can only assume, again, that it's because the machine doesn't do a very good job of mixing up the detergent in the water during a wash and thus too much detergent sat on these locations on the shirts. I would not buy this machine unless you, like me, have no other option due to size, etc.

Love my washer/dryer set!

I’ve had this washer and dryer set, and so far as of 2 1/2 years without issues. This GE portable washier can wash full, queen and king sized blankets/comforters. I even was all the pet’s bedding coats etc… Saves money to visit the laundry room and in the comfort of your own home/apartment and trailer.

Solid wager

This is a really good washer with a sufficient amount of bells and whiles to make it a modern product. Because the washer automatic senses the clothing loads, it adjusts the amount of water needed to do the job. I think some folks passed over it , thinking it is too small, but it can handle large jobs like sheets, blankets and spreads without to repeat the washing cycle more than 2 times. My laundry room is tight and it fits snuggly therein

POWERFUL SMALL WASHER

I have had this washer for only one day, and have used it on 3 loads. It cleans very well, is spacious enough to do a regular week's laundry for 2 people, and provides several settings. Happily it fits in a small space. I would have given this machine 5 stars, except the manual could be clearer about using the infuser and there are many plastic parts that I expect will break sooner than I would like.

GARBAGE washing machine due to BAD Programming

The pre-Designed programs are junk. There is no continue from the previous....soak only....wash only.... This soak then dump the water is stupid. The wash the dump the water is stupid. IF I change my mind of wash type and try to change will dump my soapy water and start again...STUPID AGAIN !!!!

Great option to connect to sink and do hot andcold

This product is awesome and great alternative when you don’t have the option for a regular washer and dryer. This washer is lighter and easy to connect to sink and use. I love it.
