False Advertising

As others have stated I purchased the dryer and with a whirlpool dryer rack offer at no additional cost. I signed up and registered but never got an email with the promo code.

No Dryer Rack

Purchased and registered our dryer at Whirlpool but never received a promo code for the dryer rack. I even paid extra for monthly protection.

Whirlpool dryer rack offer scam

Purchased a dryer with an offer for the dryer rack which was included with my purchase. I registered it per the offer instructions. Was supposed to get an email with a “unique promo code” got the email without ANY code for this dryer rack included.

Fits great but the door will not stay closed

Purchased this dryer rack as it was listed as the direct replacement for the dryer we have. While it fit correctly, the door will not stay closed.

Unable to add to cart

Cannot add to cart - tried multiple times - then looked at the reviews and see that everyone has the same experience and cannot order

No dryer rack? Purchased and registered the dryer and received my code. Product shows out of stock and according to other reviews it has been for a number of months. Would not recommend.

Dryer Rack Needed

Disappointing to see that I'm also having the dryer rack issue as mentioned by others. Looks like this has been ongoing for months. I purchased the WFW5605MC0 and WFW5605MC1 several weeks ago and registered them on your website. Whirlpool what is the ETA on a resolution?

Bought a high end dryer and now cant order rack.

Bought a high end dryer and can’t get the drying rack because I can’t add the rack to the cart. Whirlpool- why do we have to waste my time getting a code then try and enter it as we can’t even get that far in the ordering process. Include the rack because now we’re irritated with you trying to get this piece bad idea on your part!!!!!!!! From what I’ve also read, if we ever do get it, it’ll probably be broken anyway. I’ve had this happen before because you don’t use bubble pack.

Great Features and Nice Looking

First of all, we love our new whirlpool washer and dryer. They look beautiful with the dark color, the glass doors, the chrome trim, and the many features. I understand completely why the dryer does not automatically come with the drying rack. Not everyone wants that extra part to store when not in use. We had no problem with registering the units and receiving the dryer rack very quickly. The washer and dryer should be registered anyway to cover the warranty they come with.
